Terms of Use

Welcome to the Rapid Tire & Automotive website. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Appointment requests

Submitting an appointment request through our website does not guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is set once we contact you to confirm a day and time. For urgent needs, please call us at (951) 658-8858.

Prices, specials and information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but prices, specials, tire availability, hours and services can change without notice, and errors can happen. Specials and coupons are subject to the terms shown on them and may have expiration dates or restrictions. Online tire prices are estimates until confirmed by our shop. Final pricing is the price on your written estimate or invoice.

Warranty

Repairs are covered by the Rapid Tire & Automotive Warranty for 12 months / 12,000 miles, whichever is to your benefit. The complete warranty terms are those provided with your invoice. Tire manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

Helpful information, not a diagnosis

Articles and tips on this site are general information to help you understand your vehicle. They are not a substitute for an inspection. Every vehicle is different, so please have a qualified technician look at your vehicle before making repair decisions.

Financing

Financing is offered by third-party lenders, not by Rapid Tire & Automotive. Approval, rates and terms are set by the lender and subject to credit approval.
