Privacy Policy

Rapid Tire & Automotive respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through rapidtireauto.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you request an appointment, we ask for your name, phone number and, if you choose, your email address. We also ask about your vehicle (year, make and model), the service you need, a description of the problem, your preferred day and time, and whether you'd like a shuttle ride. You can also contact us by phone or email, in which case we receive whatever you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours automatically receives some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. We use these tools:

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help us understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are popular and how many people request appointments. These tools use cookies.
• CallRail is a call-tracking service. It may show a different phone number depending on how you found us, so we can tell which advertising works. It records details about calls to those numbers, such as the calling number, date and duration.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that appointment requests come from a real person.
• Embedded services. Our tire shopping tool is provided by TireConnect, and our contact page shows a Google map. These services may collect information under their own privacy policies when you use them.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide service.
• To answer your questions and keep in touch about your vehicle.
• To understand how our website and advertising are working, and to improve them.
• To protect our website from spam, fraud and abuse.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and the shop, and only as needed for that work. For example, appointment requests are delivered to our shop by email through an email delivery service (SMTP2GO), and our website provider may receive a copy to make sure the form is working. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Cookies and your choices

You can set your browser to block or delete cookies; the site will still work, although some analytics may not. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Giving us your email address is optional.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is no common industry standard for these signals, and our website does not currently respond to them. Third parties such as Google may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you use our site.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as our financing partner, social media pages and Google reviews. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so please review their policies.

How we protect your information

Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Reviewing or changing your information

To review, correct or ask us to delete the personal information you've shared with us, contact us using the details below. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
